IT Technician

  • Male, max 30 years old
  • Education Min. Vocatinal School majoring Computer Network Engineering
  • Having experience as a computer technician min. 2 years
  • Having good knowledge about trouble shooting windows, network constraints, able to recognize various viruses and antivirus.
  • Experienced in network infrastructure and technology (VPN, MPLS, IPTV, CCTV, ACTS, Finger Print and so on)
  • Preferably if you have expertise in Printer and Server
  • Willing to work hard indoors or outdoors.
  • Having good communication skills and initiative.

Job description :

  • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
  • Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
  • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
  • Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems

Job description :

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
  • Maintain payroll by liaising with the external payroll bureau and liaise with the with the College’s pension provider (SAUL) to ensure appropriate payment of pension entitlements.
  • Administer the College’s non-salary employee benefits packages.
  • Report to management and provide appropriate HR metrics to support decision making.
  • Manage the HR budgets, ensuring the cost effective use of resources.
  • Manage the HR Management System (Cascade) and review, develop and implement change as necessary.
  • Manage the process of retaining the College’s status as an ‘Investor in People’, or equivalent.
  • To carry out any other duties and projects as required by the Head of Corporate Services or Chief Executive.
